Hurricane 35F Full Wall Slide Awning Rubbing Center Bracket

My 2017 Hurricane 34F single large slide out had its awning replaced under warranty by camping world in December of 2018 because the center guide on the awning with the rollers rubbed on the awning and created a tear in the fabric. I just noticed that my new awning is rubbing on the brackets when retracting the slide. Looks like it starts to rub after moving the slide in about 6 inches. Anybody else have this issue?

Thanks, Dave
