Venetian A40 Shock Absorbers

Has anyone replaced the shocks on a Venetian A40 coach? If so, what brand and are they better?

Just curious on the coach age and miles

How many miles or how old was the coach when you changed the shocks. Also what was your main complaint about how it handled?

I probably had 4000 miles on it when I changed the shocks. The front end always seemed way to soft. Coming to stop the front would drop 8-10 inches. Driving in the wind it was all over the road. Finally realized it was leaning to the side when it was windy and I couldn’t keep it in my lane. The Bilsteins are stiffer and they have dramatically improved the drivability. I also installed a steering stabilizer first but only had minimal improvement

My data sheet noted Sachs however that wasn't the case and we bought it new so something changed someplace and the Bilsteins have been great for us with 25K on them

Not sure what the 2020's are supposed to have on them
