Venetian Hydraulics Issues

Hi folks, I’m wondering if anybody has any insights or perhaps a plumbing/wiring diagram for the hydraulics in a 2018 Venetian.

I picked the rv up from the service center Friday after they replaced the hydraulic pump system, but now the jacks leveler control left and right are reversed, when I press left the passenger side raises and Vice Vera.

I haven’t yet observed if both front and back levelers are reversed since I’m by myself right now and don’t have someone to operate the controls while I watch. I plan to take video of the operation while I push the buttons tomorrow once in a more level location.

My online manuals have a wiring diagram which seems to be correct, but doesn’t list any of the slide ports at all, only leveling jacks.

I’ve attached a few pictures of my setup, the first one shows the orange color tube labels mismatched (blue/yellow tape) but my understanding is those are retract lines. Any assistance is appreciated.

I'd call them, and tell them to have a mechanic ready: they screwed up!

What all did you have replaced?

Two hoses backwards at least

They replaced the entire pump assembly, and reconnected existing wires and hoses, but tape labels on the hoses look new so I’m not sure if they are reliable or not.

Trying to decide whether it’s worth the 350 mile drive back or if it’s something I can do. At least they did it as a good will gesture since Good Sam warranty denied the claim

Lippert has several excellent pictures on their website of the various hose connections for each unit.
Sounds like the tech reversed the lines to the jacks when installed.

Thanks so much for that, the purple and green wires were switched, now right is right and left is left!
Does anyone know if the mismatched return lines matter?

The returns lines are paired, rear and front (only two return lines to the valve body). They feed to the reservoir on jacks down and are pressurized equally for jacks up, The hold-up pressure is 1,500 psi That is why in manual mode, you can select individual pairs of jacks down, but the only up selection is all jack retract.
