This has been a problem since at least 2012 with motor homes, 5th wheels and travel trailers. The manufacturers know about it and won't take action against the furniture manufacturers. It's cheap vinyl with bad adhesion between the vinyl and the cloth backing.

Thor interior issues

Shop local upholstery shops. I had my captain chairs both redone for $350 each. Replaced couch with recliners with center counsel for about $750, which if you know how to use a drill you can do yourself. Next up will be dinette cushions which shouldn’t cost $100-$150 each.

Click on the Paper clip icon. Then you click on one of four to pick your selection.

I’ll look more into it tomorrow. I took pics of side mirror peeled chrome and the wall paper beside the driver that looks it was applied over dirt. Wanted to post them.
Thank for your help.

There is no recourse for you at all UNLESS you bought the extended warranty on the interior.
Commonly poopoo'd by those who won't pay for it, heaven sent for those who did.

I'm going to guess a new couch is going to be the same price, or less, than upholstery will be.
Now is the perfect time for that dual recliner upgrade.

And

That's barely a hit on a trade in.
$500 bucks is top dollar for them to pay for fixing that.
$1,000 buys them recliners they can charge $2,000 for as an upgrade.
ducksface, I agree entirely.
While were window shopping at North Trail RV for a new coach in February, we started to talk "what-if" with the sales lady and the subject of vinyl seats peeling came up. She said, "Flexsteel got big batches of what turned out to be "bad" vinyl from China. Since most every RV manufacturer gets there sofas and chairs from Flexsteel, every brand is potentially affected. She said that she and her husband's Newmar had the problem. Our 2017 Thor Citation had it. It was only on one side of our theater seating (the back of the side I usually sat on). She said same thing with them, seems it has something to do with the oils from the skin of a person, affecting the top layer of the vinyl.

Glad to read this post. We bought our 2017 Hurricane 34f in Sept 2020 with only 5000 miles on it. After using it for about a month the couch looks like its been used for 10 years. Absolutely terrible. If I'd bought this new from a dealer and this happened I don't think I'd be able to accept 'too bad'. To pay that much for something like this and have that bad of an issue that they won't fix is crazy!

Nothing’s changed. The captains chairs in the cockpit of my ‘19 Aria are peeling and flaking and the coach only has ~6k miles on it. No dinette or couch issues yet, but it may just be a matter of time for those. Thor is sending replacement seat covers to the dealer, but they’ve been taking their sweet time about it. The covers have been on order since mid-October.

My 2019 Newmar has peeling front seats as well. Also with 6000 miles. Newmar has promised to replace them but said they can’t do it until, perhaps, spring because Flexsteel is gone and their other suppliers are unable to fill the demand until they ramp up production. I gather COVID is a problem too. I’ve kept the documentation so I’m not in much of a hurry. I plan to go to the factory service center (about 100 miles). This is a silly problem that has been around for years.

You are not alone.
I have a 2018 Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE and it's seat cushions are peeling.
I'm having 5 redone.
I'm going to try conditioner too hopefully save the rest from cracking.
