Water inside window frame/seal

Hello:

We have had few days of heavy rain here in WA. Yesterday, we noticed good amount of water is sitting inside the window frame railing above the bed at the back of the unit (2016 Class C 28Z). This window is a fixed window and it doesn't open. I hate to make couple of hours round trip to the dealer and leave the unit and ... ! Is this just the matter of applying some sealant around the window frame outside or is more complicated than that such as window molding and etc? If a sealer can do the job, is there any preferred brand for RVs? This is our first one.

Thanks

Call Thor and tell them about the problem. Ask them if you can use a windshield installer that is local to reseal that window. They might pay for it, if not, it should only cost less than a $100 to get it done. Get some bids then call Thor.

There should be weep holes on the outside of the frame, make certain these are open, sounds like they are plugged up

There is no weep holes on solid windows. I guess my best option would be to call Thor.
Thanks,
