Weight Rating for overhead bunk in 2018 ACE 30.4

Hi All,

Just had a question. I watched a 36 minute video today on the 2018 ACE 30.4. It was pretty in depth and the sales guy actually knew was he was talking about. I even learned a thing or two that I was not aware that our ACE had. But when he was showing the electric overhead bunk that comes down he said that it has a 250lbs. rating. I thought huh? I swear I read somewhere either in the manual or a sticker on the bunk that says it has a 150lbs weight rating? My wife and I thought that the 150lb was a little light and useless if you needed an adult to sleep up there. Does anybody know if that 250 lbs rating is true?

Is it written somewhere that it's 250lbs? Like a sticker or is it in the Manual?

The overhead bunk in our Jayco 26AY has a capacity of 700 lbs.
