Ace - the h it doesn’t! It was to allow the OP to read that an overcharged AC can freeze up. Cmon. Just tryin to show the OP they might know what they’re doing at the shop he went to. Chill dude!

If you have feedback and control components in the system that a vehicle A/C system does not.

Did you read the thread?
Do you know what a TXV system is? An EXV system.
Did you read multiple posts that said "As other people have replied, over charging directly does not causing a evaporator to ice up." and "I do not believe an overcharge will cause icing up like you will see with an undercharge"?

Systems that ice up when overcharged have other issues that contribute to the problem.

I won’t get into a debate with you about types of expansion valve systems. My original question was “has anyone put a headset on it and checked pressures?”. A shop did and determined it had high pressure. So excuse me, Ace, if I tried to assist the OP.

Test drive today and AC did not leak so hopefully they..General RV..solved it. Only caveat was it was not real hot today here in FL so the AC may not have worked as hard if that makes any sense.

My 2014 Tuscany supply vents in dash sweat like crazy when its on Max A/C and warm/humid out. Drips all over the floor under the dash. It happens in many vehicles also, especially those convertibles and people that ride with windows down, a/c max in humid areas. If you look under your dash and the vent supply tubes are wet dripping that would be why. You may need to get a dehumidifier for your RV sometimes helps
