Continue with trip. Get a cheap OBD2 code reader ($20) at walmart. Code will be a wheel speed sensor fault on most likely one of the front wheels (known issue.) Clear the code. We have had it stay off for a 1000+ miles. You can clean the sensor as it picks up road grime. Fairly easy with sprinter included tools. Lots of utube videos on how.
