Windshield wipers slowing, skipping and stopping mid cycle

I have a 2018 Palazzo 37.4 and the windshield wipers will slow, skip and even stop in the middle of their cycle at times when on the low or intermittent setting. They work ok when on the high setting. Is anyone else having/had this issue? I saw that Thor had a recall on their 2014-15's but I didn't find anything on the 2018 era models. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Certainly not the best engineered switch. I find that the blades will stop, even in mid cycle, when slowing the speed down to intermittent mode. They stay at their current position until the first delay cycle run, but return to the bottom of the windshield on all subsequent pauses. I have not experienced them just stopping during a cycle other than when slowing into the intermittent mode.

The 2014/2015 wiper recall had nothing to do with the issue you describe. That recall dealt with how the arms were secured to the vehicle and the torque of the mounting nut.
