Windsport refrigerator

Have 2018 Windsport 35M with refrigerator problems. Why is there no vent? Takes 2 days to cool down and dealer has no answer. When I direct AC vent over top of frig it seems to help. No space around frig to dissipate the heat. Any ideas?

The sticks and bricks has a Whirlpool WRS325 side by side. It vents through the front and the cats find is a great place to sheep.

What kind of fridge?

Is the freezer cold but not the fridge portion?

My 2020 Magnitude has a Whirlpool and it started acting up a couple weeks ago. I thought it might be a heat issue too. But after troubleshooting and narrowing it down to the thermostat, defrost control board or the evaporator fan, it turned out to be a bad evaporator fan. I got a replacement for $20 on Amazon and I replaced it in about 20 minutes. Very easy to access from the front of the fridge. You just remove the evaporator cover in the back on the freezer.

These fans fail frequently so if you don't hear the fan running in the freezer, then it is likely a bad fan motor.

The furnace is located under the frig. No opening to this area from the frig

Thanks I'll check but I don't think a side by side will fit
