Winterizing RV residential fridge

Finished winterizing /17 Challenger 37GT. For the Whirlpool fridge if I am getting antifreeze out of the fridge water outlet, can I assume the ice maker is protected? We don't mind pink ice cubes for a while in the spring just wanted to be sure about winterizing the fridge hence the use of antifreeze.
Thanks, Larry

To be 100% sure you have to cycle the ice maker by jumping the pins

although I have over wintered without doing that in moderate weather, about zero outside and the Tuscany is inside but without heat on

How do I "jump the pins"?
Won't the antifreeze flow through the ice maker with the fridge & ice maker turned on?
Thanks, Larry

No water or antifreeze goes through the icemaker unless it cycles

You don’t have to jump the pins. Keep pressure on the antifreeze until you get a tray of pink cubes.

Never jumped pins on any residential fridge.

Thats what I was hoping. I will leave pump on hooked up to antifreeze with the frige & ice maker on & leave it for a day or so. Thanks again, Larry

Some years I blow out the ice maker with air if the compressor is handy, and others not

so far no issues but if you do blow it out you have to throw out less ice to get rid of the pink,

I use peroxide now which takes the pink taste out much quicker than chlorine
