Would be nice if it was at least BELOW the 'Recent Discussions' box... Annoying to try and click as it's bouncing around with ad still loading and pushing it down.

I've been off the Forum a week or two and finding that ad section popping up and moving things around a bit annoying. Why can't it be at the bottom of the page and stay in one place?
