Question Axxera TV & Roku Installation

I just bought a Roku Streaming stick and I’ve installed it into the HDMI2 slot in my Axxera TV (2018 Thor Palazzo) and changed the input to the same but I can’t get it to work. Does anyone have experience with this that can tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Did you connect power to the Roku?

Plugged into HDMI 2 on TV and TV input set to HDMI 2 should yield results as long as the roku has power.

Might try cycling through all TV inputs as well.

Suggest trying HDMI 1 or 3 to make sure 2 is working correctly
The Axxera TVs are known to have “board” issues
I recently lost all sound in one, had to replace

Smile Thank you

I didn’t realize the stick needed to be plugged in. Thank you!

It’s usually the first thing to check.

I plugged an Amazon Fire TV stick into the HDMI 2 port and ran the connecting cable through the cable cover from the TV to the inside of the cabinet where I plugged it into the power brick. I hooked it up to the Winegard 2.0 WIFI so that anything I use to connect the Winegard 2.0 to the Internet will hook up the Fire TV.
