Boone docking internet service

My wife and I go off grid in Colorado for seven weeks during the summer. We have no internet service. Does anyone know of a service that can be purchased monthly?

We use our Verizon hot spot for the service and it works great. They charge us on a monthly billing cycle which I believe is around $20.00.
