Thor Axis 27.7 “over-voltage” error

Hi there. New owner and new to forum. On the road right now, and I get an error on my BMPro “over-voltage detected”.See attachment if it worked. It disables everything on the panel and app on the phone. I’ve googled this error and can’t find anything that can help a stranded rv’r. I can’t move the slides in, turn lights on, etc….basically can’t move.

I tried unhooking shore power. Tried generator. Turned off the main switch. Checked the breakers. Help!

Solution

Disconnect all shoreline, shut off main breaker, disconnect solar, and then…..disconnect negative connection to batteries. Everything resets and all is good.

Anyone know what’s causing it?

Anyone have any ideas on what is causing this? It continues to get this error and I have to unhook the batteries every time to reset.

Either alternator or charger/ inverter is over charging
Are the batteries getting hot or boiling?

IF voltage warning is adjustable, and it should be,
Find it and raise it on you app or your inverter.

Put a voltmeter on the batteries to see what the actual voltage is. Then you can know to troubleshoot a faulty sensor or a faulty charger.

Still getting it. The batteries voltage is fine. I’m sure it’s with the inverter/converter although I have no idea where it’s located or if it has a reset switch. Any other advice is much appreciated.

Do you have a panel inside and does it show the same? Manuals indicate there is a "reset" button on the main controller panel.
Looking at the screenshot, you have the msg on the "Tanks" section, I am thinking it is indicating the two tank sensors are giving the warning. I would expect a Battery Overvoltage would be indicated in the "Battery" section?

And that screen is not indicating which tanks are which (three) and all three are showing "Full", is that the case?
