After 45 years of RVing, we are officially done! We sold our Freedom Elite this afternoon and are finalizing our move to the coast. Thank you to everyone on this forum for the advice and the humor, it's been great fun.

What coast?

We are moving to California's central coast near Pismo Beach. We are not big travelers, our RV trips are to Monterey, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach -- all on the central coast. We decided to just make the move and be there all of the time. We will be living on the Pacific Coast Highway and for us, it doesn't get any better than that!

Not sure what you mean by left? Is that political? It just so happens we live in the forgotten central valley which is very conservative and mostly agricultural - if you aren't farming or ranching, your job is most likely related to agriculture.


And when I say "forgotten," that means that the north state (bay area - San Francisco, etc.) and the south state (Los Angeles, etc.) considers the central valley the PoDunk of California as if intelligence (or anything else) is determined by geography.

Could be interpreted as "political" considering the state, but no, west is left and east ir right, just another way of saying it. Here in Florida we have both left and right coasts.

Thanks for the clarification - I hadn't heard that one before. Here in California we only have the west coast so I get what you're saying about Florida. Would love to see your beautiful state some time but as I said, we're not travelers so we will stay put for now.
