Side Illumination light

Has anyone found a light that can be mounted to the side of your RV to assist in backing at night?

Thinking of a small led spot light that can be mounted towards the front of the RV to light up the side area so you can see the lines of parking spaces and the vehicles next to you. I have a rather tight space to park in and frequently come back at night.

Aesthetically pleasing would be a bonus

Try taking a look at a web site for a company called "Covert Lights". They have some very cool LED task lights. I used the TekNiq Inc. Ramp Light (D-30) to replace the porch light on our Axis. Admittedly, the first one went bad and actually burned out but I called the TekNiq company and they sent me out a new one since they have a lifetime warranty.

I would look on Amazon for a small LED light that you can mount to the underside and shine sideways. Look for the ones designed for 4X4's. So many to choose from (I looked before). IMO Cheap the better incase they get knocked off. But you might want your mounted higher.

I thought about doing the same thing (Front and rear) but have them shine sideways incase you need to do work/change a tire/set up camp at night.

Let us know what you find. I still light the Idea but I want mine hidden and I would like install each one with its own switch - that way you could use one of them to immuminate a drive / ditch that your going to turn into etc.
