2017 Windsport 34J Thermostat

Looking at the Coleman catalog, it looks like my Windsport has a Coleman-Mach 7330F3852 slider-type thermostat. I'd like to replace it with a digital model in hopes of getting a wider range. It looks like the digital replacement is Part#8330-3862 but the controls are different (but looks like same functions). Has anyone made the swap on these part numbers? Is the 8330-3862 a direct replacement for 7330F3852?
Thanx,
Dan

I made this swap in my RV. It was very simple. Available in Black or White w/correct PN. It uses the same wiring. Just take some photos and or notes so you can transfer to the new one. No Batteries needed like some of the other brands of "digital" thermostat conversions. This unit retains all of the same controls:
COOL/OFF/HEAT
FAN AUTO/ON
SPEED HI/LOW
It is slightly larger than the analog one but fit on the same screws for me. The display is not backlit or anything fancy but it does revert to show actual room temp constantly after you make any adjustments.

You can get digital replacements from Amazon that swap right out, huge selection.

I replaced the thermostat in my Axis with the Coleman-Mach 8330-3862 and yes it is a direct replacement. Very easy to install!

Do you recall what the low end of the range is for that thermostat? It doesn't get that cold here in the Garden of Eden (central Alabama :-) so I don't winterize. The thermostat in the Class C I had went down to around 40 which was a pretty good fail-safe against a freeze. That's what I'm looking for to put in my Windsport.
Thanx,
Dan

That is the thermostat that came standard in my Challenger. Came with 2, one with furnace and one without, They have worked well in the 2.5 years we have had the coach.

I couldn't locate the spec online so when I got back to the RV and did a test to see where the limits were.
