Ok Guys and gals....final report.... got er done....let the caulking set up over nite and test' this morning... here's what I found...took a DB meter with me...at 75 mph flat road 52db, at 62mph up 6% grade, 55 db..also noted the going from asphalt to concrete it jumped to 55 db on the same flat road @ 75 mph .. keep in mind, for what ever reason...the 2019 is quieter and I haven't had to do the dog house mod. or the intake...so there you go... fixed it my self and saved thor thousands....what was wrong??? from what I could see... either the windshield was over to the passenger side too far, or the bend in the glass didn't match windshield pillar... so the driver side didn't seal...

Good work, but I think I would take the coach to a windshield place and have that glass reset. I would then send the bill to Thor and try to get reimbursed.

thor already said they would pay for the repair...but the fix is worse than the problem..all it need to do is be sealed, and now it's seal to where there won't be a problem.... by design getting the windshield out is gonna cause more visual damage that what it would fix...I also think that because my coach was finished in dec. the windshield never got a chance to really seal,,, and also think the sitting in the vegas sun in a couple months will really get it set in good as the heat will soften the seal ,.. so again... thor was ready and willing to take care of this, and i'm fine with that...
