29M Hurricane Awning Lights Wiring Question

I am trying to replace the existing very dim awning light strip with a Boogy Lights multi color strip.

I would like to use the existing on/off functionality inside the coach, but I also need to tie in a controller box as well.

I can see where the awning motor power wire, and the awning light power wire go into the side of the coach. (Pic below) Ö but where can I access the awning lights power wire inside the coach? Looks like it might come in behind the housing for the passenger curtain, but I really donít want to go to all the trouble go disassemble and remove it and find that the wire isnít there.

Anyone traced this down in the past?

Thanks!

If you have a 2016-8 plant 750 coach with the Rapid Camp remote, the switch for the awning lights is only wired to the Rapid Circuit board which is under the bed. Ask Thor MC CS for a Rapid Camp circuit board diagram. The lights are wired directly to the Rapid Camp board.

Im sure mine are wired directly to the Firefly system (different version of rapid camp), but Iím trying to find the path of the wire. I want to splice the controller box in this wire, hopefully very close to where it exits the coach.

The wiring harness from the Rapid Camp containing 7 different colored 16-18 awg wires. It usually is in a hollow wall, runs under the floor and joins the factory body wring 12 volt harness going to the power center.

In my coach, the control cable from the two awning rocker switches (which are by the entry door) joins the 12 volt body harness and go into a hole in the floor. The cable from the Rapid Camp to the awning comes up through the floor with the stove gas line and runs to video cubby above the fridge where the HDMI cables terminate. It then runs in the main TV HDMI chaise to the main TV's hollow wall where it exits to the forward end of the awning.
It helps to be in the factory when they are building your future coach.
