Ok..Brother in Law said this...they usually don't check that deep for flash overs. (Dealers) and only if Ford Inc demands it on warranty work...he can remember only one incident involving a mustang gt...they had to send PCM to Ford...had service bulletins about anything after 2013 could show a flash over if they checked deep enough...said that if this came up it was usually up to the dealer ( they like warranty work) and could only be a problem if Ford Inc. checks for flashovers and denies warranty....said that probability of that happening is low...so I am leaning more...
