Want to change speakers

2015 ACE, how do you remove the ceiling speakers for the dash radio? Do you pop the wire cover off and then find they are screwed in or do you pull the whole thing out like the ceiling lights in my house? Thanks for the help, Jim.

Remove the platic cover and yes there are screws underneath the plastic cover. When I replaced mine the manufacturer had the positive and negative wires reversed. No wonder it sounded bad. LOL
