I hate the factory air valve extensions!
So I did away with them. I had these for 5 years on my class c with no problem. Glas to have them again. The originals that came from the factory were a royal pain in the butt.

I've never seen anything like that. Where did you get them?

Camping World, but they're available elsewhere. Braided stainless steel.

I have same ones... They work great. Use with TPMS with no issues.

Whatever they did at the factory, rear tires were impossible to get to any of the valves, and one constantly leaked. Had it all redone, and its now very easy to get to all four rear valves.

Glad they work for you. I hate ‘em! It cost more but I replaced mine with dually valves. Very pleased

Long rigid valve stems. They mount directly to the rim completely replacing the usual short valve stems. The one on the inner wheel is 8 or 9 inches long and extends through a support in the outer wheel opening. The one on the outer wheel is shorter but curved about 150 degrees. So both valves are rigid and 100% accessible - even with wheel simulators. It’s a nice setup. The only drawback really is the cost. 4 stems (both sides) ran me $110 plus another $100 to have a local tire shop install them. Since they replace the normal stems the tires must be dismounted and then remounted. Notwithstanding, I consider it an essential upgrade. Obviously it’d be a lot cheaper if you do it when replacing your tires!

The ones that came with mine leak. No way to get in there to tighten without taking the tire off or is there.?

Somewhat easier if you pull the hubcap but still a pain. The braided ones have always been reliable but they are attached to the rubber valve stem also. If I ever do it again I'll give the dually stems a hard look.

My ‘17 Challenger came with dually valve stems that work great. They appear to be rigid, come through the outer wheel and are as easy to access as the valve stems on the outer tires. Made my TPMS install a breeze.

yeah, I gave those dually valves a hard look. I think they are likely just about the best solution if otherwise extensions are needed.
I had braided ones from the factory on mine, and had lots of leaking problems.
Ended up buying some rigid extensions. Better, but the push rod that goes through to push the valve would get bent and didn't play well with my TPMS sensors.
Before our big trip this past summer, I finally decided to remove the wheel simulators permanently. Had to paint the wheels because of all the scratches form years of pulling them off and on putzing with those blasted extensions... but I wish I had done that years ago!!! Now I can actually use the hand holes to remove/replace the dust caps and the TPMS sensors and airing up is no problem with the right inflation chuck.
when I boil it all down... the problems really aren't as much with the extensions as they are with those wheel simulators. I put mine in storage in case a future owner wants them, and I am happy without them!

My Class C didn't have simulators and it was easier to deal with. If any problems arise they'll be removed and stuffed in the garage. I don't see them when I'm driving and the wheels are covered most of the time when not driving. One more thing that serves only a cosmetic purpose.

So, how long do the braided extensions need to be? I see 7, 9 & 10" for the shorter ones.
