Adjusting Side Cameras on Thor Siesta SJ24

Does anyone know if these side cameras can be adjusted? They show only 2/3 of the side view and the other 1/3 is a reflection off the RV walls. I'd also prefer to aim them downwards slightly.

Thanks!
J

I have Thor Citation Sprinter 24SS with left and right cameras that activate with the turn signals, but have found no way to adjust them. Mine are screwed to the front fender of the Sprinter chassis. I don't really use them when signalling for a turn. My side mirrors work pretty well and have a parabolic portion on the bottom, that covers the blind spot. The right camera is aimed a little high. The driver's side mirrors are better at showing me what's on that side. When passing a slow moving vehicle, my rear camera does a better job of showing how far I am ahead of the slower vehicle and then I flip on the right signal and pull in. People have tried passing me on the right, which is why I check the mirrors. I seldom pay attention to the side camera image.

Do you have the original rear view camera? Ours only shows a short distance from the rear of the vehicle useful only for backing up. We are considering adding another one that actually does give a rear view.

I didn't think that the side view cameras could be adjusted easily - ours are also screwed into the front fender. They don't provide much (maybe less?) extra vision over the side mirrors.

Hmmmmm... Mine are miunted in the bottom outside corner of the mirror housings, and have easily "tinkered-with" adjusting screws...

Your rearview camera can be adjusted up or down to change the field of view.

I’ll have to look at that to see if ours are similar ....
