Aqua View Shower Miser

Well I'm finally going to install the shower miser, drag racing is starting up again our sons 1st race is 4th of July and some other boon docking with grandkids, soooo, need more showers. I've been looking at adding this for a while. Starting I think will be in wet bay, 1st run going to push pex pipe from wet bay along supply line from fresh tank alongside grey tank across chassis to freshwater tank 90 elbow to 90 elbow into freshwater tank already has a plugged fitting in top of tank. Then 2nd run push pex pipe from wet bay up through floor I to compartment under 1/2 bath sink counter top where heater is located,90 elbow following hot/cold water pipes through wall under bed to bedroom wall that backs to shower wall with controls on it. Then 90 elbow up wall to shower miser fitting . Then join the 2 runs of pipe with 90 elbow. Shower Miser T valve just goes between faucet and hose to shower head then return goes through hole drilled through wall to new pex return line.

Oh well I guess everyone ok dry camping with endless hot water. Anyway I finished shower miser install,no problems 4-5hrs to run 30ft of pex pipe from shower to freshwater tank less than an hour to install shower miser in shower, done works great. I figure at least 10 camper showers before filling rear bath grey tank, then if needed I have a cheap, easy setup to tie 1/2 bath grey tank to rear grey tank for another 10 showers if needed.

Big test for shower miser

Just finished trip to Virginia motorsports park 4 days dry camping with sons family of 4. No problem with showers for 6 of us and tankless hot water ,shower miser saved a LOT of water especially gray tank volume . Don't think we could have done this without it. I also used sewer caps with garden hose connection on both sewer outlets and female to female connector and my orange garden hose to tie my 2 gray tanks together, that gives me 80 gallons of gray capacity.

Glad you were able to mod your rig to meet your needs. Great job, and don't worry that nobody replied. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will be happy.

I'm ashamed to admit that I missed this thread.
Anything that can be done to aid in efficient resource management is worthwhile.
Congratulations on finding a better way to make things happen!
