Axis 24.1 Driver seat rotation
We are new Axis 24.1 owners and heading out in a few days for a shakedown one week trip. Cannot figure out how to set driver seat so it can turn past the steering wheel. Any help is appreciated.

If you raise the left arm rest to the vertical position, you can rotate the chair 90 degrees so you can use it with the small table. I have been unable to rotate it so that it faces the rear of the coach.

Sounds about the same as our ACE 30.1. Jim.

It's a 3 step process:
Raise the left arm rest to vertical.
Slide seat all the way forward.
Twist the seat while moving the small rod on the bottom of the seat near the floor. (On right side I think.)
Mine won't swivel all the way to the rear either.

Getting ready to leave on our trip. Got the seat to rotate well past 90 degrees. Need to get it facing forward again so I can drive.

By pushing in at the pivot, with arm rest pointing up, you can rotate the arm rest backwards. Then, you an carefully remove it and turn your chair completely around.

No, they don't. It's usually not a problem but I do have a one step folding stool that I can use for a foot rest.
For about $1400 each, you can replace these seats for ones with a fold out foot rest.

Thanks Bruce. I rarely if ever use chairs with foot rests even at home. A portable folding stool is a good-enough solution.
I noticed this same issue with just about every ProMaster Class B conversion because the van has a step down just behind cab seats. When Captain chairs are rotated 180 degrees there would be no place to rest feet. Most manufacturers on ProMasters have addressed this detail by extending the elevated cab floor back enough to provide a place for feet to rest on floor.
I'm guessing that on Axis/Vegas there is little reason to rotate chairs much beyond 90 degrees in the first place, right? Regardless, a flat floor would have seem a little more functional for this purpose.

It's handy to rotate the chairs when you have guests visiting. Also, with my swivel arm for the TV, its makes for a better view.

I rotate my passenger chair in my Vegas 180 degrees all the time. My wife likes to lounge on the sofa and I am comfortable in the chair. If you have the back all the way up and the chair forward, it rotates easily.

Not happy with swivel in 2017 Vegas 24.1
Curious what steps you took to get your driver's chair to swivel around to living room area in a 2016 Axis 24.1? I have tried everything (except trying to take the arm off, temporarily, which I might try.). I've tried with seat and steering wheel in every position possible, and either the very back of the arm hits the steering wheel or the back of the chair hits the cup console under window.

It's been done, and someone posted the sequence. I've done it too. So let me try to explain the method.
1.Tilt Wheel up
2. Arm rest down
3. Tilt Seat fully forward
4. Rotate Seat and slip arm rest under steering wheel.

Yes! Excellent
I had done everything EXCEPT release the rear/back of the seat fully forward. That finally did the trick, along with adjusting the seat to just where the back of the seat cleared the 'under window console'. So thanks so much!
