I added 2 cup holders to the end of out dinette and it works awesome. The material is the same so I think it would work just fine. I didn't have the right size hole saw so I used a piece of cardboard to protect the table and used a jigsaw to cut the holes. I undersized them a little so the cups fit in very tight (had to tap them in with a rubber mallet) that way they don't move around. Go for it, you will be happy with the results.

Most of us have mounted our sewer line either under the rear carriage of the motorhome or bumper mounts...it all depends on preference.

This is how we store our sewer hose ... some use square fence post ...
and there are the commercial applications available.

Went thru the entire mods thread looking for this. Since I am rebuilding the sewer system this looks like the way to go for the hose and the 90 end. tks.

First step was draining the tanks. I had just flushed out the black tank so not too bad. And the water looked fine nothing to clog the mascerator pump and looked at it when I took it out. Hated the original bayonet mount in the back of the compartment. My back hated it especially. So plan to have it angled down and towards the door but still out of site. Best layed plans....

What system and pumps did you use? I have had a macerator system in my last three RVs over six years and 70,000 miles and never had a failure.

If those Surflo pumps jam (I have never had one jam in my RV but did in my boat) you sometimes can unjam them using a screwdriver in the back of the pump to turn it backwards. When I installed mine, I cut a round hole in the back of the storage box so I could crawl under the RV and unjam it - if I ever had to. So far, I have not. Sorry you had problems with yours.

back to the old system - and added a compartment light and patched all the holes from the 1 1/2 inch system.

You can now add us to the list of Axis/Vegas units with Sumo Springs. We just added the front's and you can really tell the difference--I took it for a short drive on the highway to see if I could tell the difference.

It doesn't seem to "wallow" as much (the slow up and down motion) and it doesn't lean as much in turns (it used to feel like it would fall over)--those 270 degree on-ramps feel a bit more comfortable (270 degrees: the big long right turn that essentially makes a left).

I knew you would love the mod.

It makes driving the RUV soooooo much better.

I have the rear SUMOs ready to be installed. Just waiting for some good weather.

On a recent trip I was behind the wheel. Three-and-a-half to four hours straight Noticed my right knee started to hurt as I've had problems with it down through years The angle of my foot on the gas pedal because I'm 6"4 seem to be a problem so when I got home I called a neighbor and he help me move the seat back about an inch or so make it a lot more comfortable for me to drive I was wondering if anyone else had done this?

That option isn't available for some of the Axis/Vegas floorplans. In our 24.1, for instance, the slide is immediately behind the driver's seat. This makes for very limited room for driver's seat movement.

I've been able to find a happy spot that has a good combination of recline and place for my foot (I'm 5' 10"). In addition: I use the cruise control a lot--especially for those looong drives.

No safety plus on our camper. So far the only suspension mods we have done are:

• Alignment
• Sumo Springs

I was quite surprised at the difference the Sumo Springs made. Especially given what they are and how easy they are to install--if you have the proper jack.

vkb I have the same mods as Jamie and are very pleased with the outcome. Alignment and sumo springs were under $400. Might install front and rear sway bars but for now the coach rides and handles much better. Not quite sold on the Safety plus yet.

Those images look like the rear model but the part number is correct for the fronts (SSF-106-40).

Here are the ones I put on (Sumo Springs)
and here they are on Amazon for about $160

They are sold as a pair so you only need to purchase 1.
