Great, I am glad you figured out a work around. I can live without the washer as well. I would eventually get it fixed while it was still under warranty.

We have a 2015 24.1 Axis. Here's our list of upgrades, have only ordered but haven't installed yet:
- 2x 130 watt solar
- 28 amp solar charge controller
- 3000w inverter
- WiFi Ranger Go Router / Antenna
- Apple TV / Amazon Fire TV
- HDMI Auto sensing switch
- Safe-T Bar
- 2 Maxx Air Vent Covers
Planning dual twin mattress upgrade, anything to consider? Looks like it will be easy to match width / length but height probably won't match the foam inserts.

If you pop off the TV you can make use of the other HDMI input--I hooked up a Chromecast to our HDMI 2.

The only thing I would comment on is the Air Vent covers. I am not sure if my coach uses the same vents or not, but I suspect they do. If so, the Maxx Air covers were too small, and would only allow the vents to open about half way.
After buying three of them at Camper's World ($20 on sale) I returned them and bought Fan-Tastic vents, which although were a lot more expensive, allows my vents to open fully.

My windshield washer motor fried, as well. It shorted out the whole windshield wiper system. This washer motor is a Ford part. Easily acquired from a dealer. There are 2 fuses and 1 relay related to the windshield wiper/washer system. Located in the front fuse block beneath the brake booster. I have had many issues with our Vegas, and Camping World has had issues with Thor authorizing repairs, and with some of their techs who are unfamiliar, or incompetent to work on Vegas/Axis coaches. Our coach is in for the 8th time for final completion of warranty work.

That is a good question. I would guess quite a long time. The refer lights a very small flame in comparison to the water heater, the furnace, or even the stove. In the year we've had our 24.1 we've gone through two tanks of propane:
The first tank was burned last April in one weekend when we were early bird camping in the cold (Temps around 32F--we couldn't wait to get out in the Axis LOL) (most of the propane was used by the furnace).
The 2nd tank lasted us the entire summer but when we're going down the road we will frequently run the genny (and thus the refer runs on 120V not propane). So after all of this I can't readily answer your question LOL.

We went 60 days on about a tank of propane. But we mostly use propane for the water heater, as we only boondocked about 6 days last year.

Replace Axis couch with Best power recliners
We have selected recliners to replace our couch. We are concerned about the electrical box and strength of the floor of the slide. Has any one dealt with this issue yet? Thoughts?

Go to the MCD MCD Innovations to get instructions regarding the adjustment of the shade.

Electrical Schematic
In the good old days motorhomes came with complete electrical schematics, but apparently not now. When I asked the dealer for one for my Vegas I was met with a blank stare. Apparently gone with the spare tire.
Does anybody have or know where I can get a copy. Couldn't find any info on the Thor site, or on line.

I have uploaded an electrical wiring diagram for the Axis 24.1. I requested the diagram from Thor support so that I could have an Inverter install. They were happy to provide it.

Well your last two items look more like Xantrex inverter documentation than Thor diagrams but the first one is very useful (and looks like the diagram for the prototype 24.1 since there are some things in the wrong location[generator] and the rev dates are earlier than the first 24.1 went on sale).

Yes, the last two are documents on the inverter I installed.

I also loaded up some Fuse location diagrams. Just in case something stops working and could be replaced with a simple fuse. BTW AXIS/VEGAS same coach with cosmetic differneces only.

Thor just got back to me today with my request for a wiring diagram. They responded with the exact same one timp410 posted.

Thanks to JamieGeek for solving my entry way key storage. I just received the same item from Amazon:
Also, I keep a flash light in the bucket as I never have enough light to deal with the control panel at night.
