A member here typed that he installed this on a Thor, but I don't remember if a cutaway or bare chassis, and he didn't post a pic that I remember.
Anyway... If this fits a bare chassis, it's on sale for 30 bucks and that's pretty close to the cost of making the pvc kinda wonky oil fill adapter people make... And this one doesn't need stored somewhere.
I am taking a different path on oil fill. Someone should buy this and post and install thread.

when you replaced your head lights did you just replace the bulbs?
did you have to modify anything in the housing?

My headlight bulbs just went in the spot they were supposed to in about a minute or so on each side, and done.
Nothing needed changed or adjusted. I've kept the same housings since it's pretty confusing to pick a new one due to esoterics mostly being the differences you can see and facts being a bit sparse and then inflated... And I'm happy enough with the factory housings now that the better led is in them.
The new skinny bulb led's(like in my link)are leaps and bounds better than last years triangle bulbs.
I just changed to the skinny bulbs on my f150 from the triangle bulbs. A world of difference.
Light scatters everywhere on the tri sided bulbs. Razor sharp cutoff on the new skinny ones. This is due to lens design and the new skinny led's having the same dimensions as a stock halogen filament.
I have looked at new headlight housings.
Motorcycle headlights on amazon.
With these new skinny bulbs I probably won't be changing from the stock housing.
In the picture you can see the extension and the antiflicker dongle attached to the new headlight bulb.
My new fender wells go in soon, I thought I better get a picture while it was easy to get.

It's always a debate about antiflicker and which vehicles need a dongle.
Dongle/component almost always come with the new headlight bulbs now.
Three years ago you put led's in your car and if it flickered, you ordered the $7 dongle.
The bulb you buy will have a link to buy one or the information will say it's not needed.
I'm fairly certain they aren't needed on ford's, but all of my recent bulbs came with the unit attached...so I'm unsure.
I think the flicker is an impedance 5volt feedback filament detection type of thing from some car companies. The led isn't a filament so they can't tickle the bulb to see if it's burned out.
Below are the headlights I bought for the f150
The company I bought the Thor's headlight bulbs from didn't make this size for the f150, so I bought these.
I am actually a bit happier with the ones linked below since they run at 6000 instead of 6500. I'm one of those guys who can see the difference. They are a bit dimmer in the lab, but brighter to the eye.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07BV...b_b_asin_title
It's hard to beat 4.8 stars on 400 reviews from headlight nerds....

Ok your link has an error for the headlight for the Axis Vegas. This is the correct link:
https://www.amazon.com/Headlight-Con...sin_title&th=1
your link was ,I think for your truck lights. The end plug for the Axis is a "HB5"
I am new to this head light thing, so please correct me if I got it wrong
I ordered the ones from your link and they had the wrong plug end. No problem just sent them back and ordered the correct one.
they will be here tomorrow and I got smarter on headlights lol.

In the front of the Axis there are 2 wire running to the front turn signal connect the jumper with a wire jumper connector. In first pict.
Run to side light hole now you have ground ,running, and turn wires there.
There will not be a wiring diagram with the lights but it is in the amazon pictures with the lights. I will try to post it for you.

Sorry the link was for the f150 5.0 lights. The Thor lights are on a long past link.
I didn't think about any confusion and should have posted the lights I liked with the correct Thor plugs.
Also: I just today looked at the lights in the gator, that I was thoroughly disgusted with. I installed them sideways. I'll flip them 90° and see if I like them better. The wide side of the filament goes right and left, not up and down.

Ok I got the correct bulb today they work great. Just a straight plug up like you said.
I had to take a night drive just to see the difference. They give me a lot more visibility.
So now I think I will put leds in the fog lights to.
Added picts

I thought someone might want to see where the battery is.
Take the eight screws from the hinges on the desk lid and remove the lid.
remove a screw from under each rubber mat in the two little cubbies between the desk and windshield
then look for two angled screws in the corners of the desk nearest the passenger.
Remove the desk bottom.
As you can see my accees hole was nicely done using expanding foam and had a layer of something like an onion sack on the bottom. Obviously all installed as a large piece clear across the dash.
A ryobi multitool cut the foam and the two tabs of wood, but a hacksaw blade would have done the same.
The yellow thing to your left is the oil filler.
You can see part of the battery cap about the center of the picture and the red positive terminal cover just above that.
More pics as I dig deeper....

There have been many topics about battery access (including posts in this lengthy thread). Some even have accessed the battery through the passenger side fender well.

Axis 24.1 kitchen remodel done
Well for the most part: Counter, Sink and cooktop are in and connected.
Lost the top little drawer (will probably just stick the drawer front there to keep the look consistent).

You should go find one of those flip down drawer hardware. I the space behind the drawer would fit one of those sponge holders. I still haven’t figured out a good spot for mine sponge.
