Very nice modification! Our 2017 axis plastic sink is already getting hairline cracks. Could you post the model and name of the sink? Thanks!
Happy And safe travel,
Sandy

No problem. The install was a little more difficult than the usual sink install. The new sink's hold down clips just barely fit (1/8" - 1/4") between the counter top supports on the underside. The dimension will determine exactly where the sink can be installed. So, ALOT of measuring before cutting. Need to get creative with your jig saw to be able to cut the side along the back wall. I had no issues with existing plumbing or the top drawer below.

Our sink in the Axis is holding up well...however, we have scouted stainless sinks...and found a 16" round sink at Ikea for $50. When the time comes, we will, most likely, go that direction.

Headphone question

Has anybody connected headphones to the Axxera AV614BH radio so the passenger can listen to book CD's without disturbing the driver?

Hi Val,

Thanks for posting. My husband found it very helpful and would like to know how you secured the mesh.

We have not attempted to use headphone with our Axxera...
If there is no OUT for headphones...you might consider Bluetooth headphones..Altec Lansing makes them...saw them on Amazon $20-$40..
I am thinking about getting them.

We did purchase a Bluetooth speaker, on a recent trip to keep our nephew happy.
It was $15...you get what you pay for...poor speaker...it served its purpose on the trip...upon return, I visited Walmart at home, returned the subpar speaker for an Altec Lansing speaker $65 which is a good alternative to the radio. This speaker does have in aux, ... no headphone out aux ...
The Bluetooth is seamless and works well with phones/tablets .
We set this on the dash above the radio...phone calls are a lot better through this device.

I hope this was helpful..good luck !

Val, that looks great! I also covered the 2 air ducts from the dash that start at the top of the radiator "shroud" to keep flying bugs out.

B7,
Did you do the install yourself? If so, do you have a parts listing and where did you find them?

Where on the coach did you mount the access plate (near the tank for a short run, or more conveniently near the passenger rear)? Looks like you tapped off the propane at the fridge instead of the tank?

Most importantly: Did you have any 2nd thoughts before cutting the big hole in the side? LOL

Looks great.

Home Depot:

3/8 male flair tee
3/8 female flair swivel
3/8 male/female propane hose (BBQ department)
Clear silicone
Black silicone
3 1/2" hole saw
Tie wraps

Amazon:

3/8 propane quick connect
RV power cord hatch (black)

Project took approximately two hours. Hope this helps

Hahaaa... Coach is only two days old and yes I was a little apprehensive about putting a 3 1/2 inch hole in the side. I did use a stud finder to confirm clear sailing for the hole saw.

You are correct, I added a tee in the refrigerator compartment. The propane outlet is on the passenger side below the refrigerator hatch. The five foot hose fits nicely behind the cabinets and pulls in and out freely. My Coleman Road Trip Grill had previously been converted to work on the low pressure side. The Coleman Grill also has a six foot hose with a quick connect. The length of the two hoses gives me the ability to bbq outside of the awning.

Very clean install! My 2018 25.4 came with a low pressure quick release at the very rear passenger side but looked awfully inviting to vandalization, sticking out from the side. I moved it to the back near the hitch. I may have to rethink that after seeing yours. Thx.

Portable Solar Install

Added a Renogy 100 Watt portable solar system to our 25.2 Axis. Also added the same inlet plug to my Viair 400P-RV Compressor. No more opening up the steps and battery compartment while using the compressor or the solar suitcase.
