Black/grey tank access door replacement

I have a 2019 Four Winds 31 w.
The tank access door has hinges on the bottom so the door drops down instead of opening up. This is a pain to do my hookups.
Can the door be flipped over with the hinges on the top and latches n the bottom ??
If yes can it be done without a remodel ???

Yes.
Simply unscrew
Prise out carefully
Flip.
(You'll want one of the clippydoos that will hold the door against the coach.)
I might go sideways if it will fit.

You can flip the door or add a hose access on the bottom of the compartment as most MHs have:



Other RVs have this problem with the location that the SP cord plugs in to.

My RV mechanic flipped the door for $50. Worth it to have it sealed nicely. I swear the manufacturers never use their own designs.

Yes and we did it!so much easier.should have been that way from the start. Design flaw for sure!
