Cell phone holder for Axis
Since I'm going to have to use my phone for navigation in the new Axis, I was just wondering what cell phone holders people are using.
I have an iPhone, but that probably doesn't matter that much.

Here is what I use... Of course not currently available:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GZZTTEM
With location of my cig lighter - allows me to position the phone (for nav) between the steering wheel and stereo (which runs the back/side cameras).

There are a bunch of holders on Amazon. Make sure you have a smooth clean area for the suction cup, if not you can get mounting discs on Amazon too.

About $12,00 on Amazon for mine, came with a long adjustable stalk as well.
I run Waze on the phone and my Garmin 760 while driving.

That looks like this one:
https://www.amazon.com/Omaker-Univer...2256564&sr=1-1
Does it stay attached to the dash? I had a suction mount in the last RV and it wouldn't stay attached--even when I put the mounting disk on the dash. When I first starting using it, it would stay for a couple of days before falling off. I gave up on it when it only lasted a few hours before falling off. Of course, it was a really cheap one.

Yep that's it , I thought it was cheaper than that .
Yes it is suction cup mounted but it works very well and has stayed put since I put it there in October.

Thanks, petew! I'll have to keep that one on the short list.

I run an almost identical setup to what you are showing, except I also have a TireMinder monitor on the left.

In addition I also have a Tadi Brothers wireless back up camera and a docking station for my xm pod.
The Tadi Brothers camera has better night vision and allows me to leave it on and use it as a rear view device. I know the factory installed camera has the feature but if you use it you can't listen to the radio.
I just love gadgets...

In my Vegas, I can still hear the audio, but I can not access any of the other controls on the touchscreen when the cameras are active.
In my previous motorhome the rear camera was active all the time...I miss that on this Vegas. The extra wireless rear-view camera is a good idea...another item on my to do list, lol.

I have the Axxera radio I believe. Whatever it is if oem back up camera is on the radio is off no matter what I do to it. Besides the Tadi Brothers camera is far better day and night than the oem unit.
