track var was the best mid I've done. Took away the sway from passing trucks

That is exactly what I heard from others. Plus I've heard from many people that tow states it help tremendously with reducing or eliminating the rear sway from the tow

Yes the track bar will make a difference. If you are going to do it yourself I would strongly suggest using at least an electric impact wrench. That will save you hours of time and effort.

yes impact wrench is a must on those 3/4" locking bolts

I have a cheap harbor freight corded impact. Worked great

I have read through the thread and i am making CHF now front is done but with the rear i took out the bolts and the nuts off the bracket the has no head it seams to be extremely stuck to the sway bar link i can turn it push out nothing is this normal? and how would i get fixed in order to complete the CHF

A picture or two would help.
It sounds like your talking about the connecting rod to the sway bar on each side don't want to separate at the connecting point.
If this is the case you may have to get a pry bar.
However take a picture and than repost so the group can help out

No, that's on an E450 chassis. The CHF applies to the F53 chassis.
