Try "draw-tite" or etrailers. I installed a draw-tite on a 2001 Dodge 2500 for generator use with my Lance truck camper a few years ago. It was a simple bolt-on and worked great. You may have to modify the plastic cowling a bit and make sure whatever you carry on it doesn't interfere with cooling. Good luck and post pictures of the install.

Just did a search, and didn't find any made specifically for the recent Chevy cutaway chassis. That was surprising... There are some generic/general purpose ones, but you'd likely have to take it somewhere that could do welding.

I never had a front hitch that I did not have to drill at least two holes. It is not hard, just work. Last one was a front hitch for my 2013 GMC Diesel Denali. Two holds needed to be drilled. The hardest part was figuring a way to get one bolt from the bottom front side blind up as far as I could reach in without removing the fenders. It was stated that the fenders must be removed. Not true. That was thankfully not the holes that needed to be drilled.
