Dinette Seatbelt Bolts

We are modifying the eating area in our ACE 30.1 by removing the dinette. We need to disconnect the installed seatbelts for the rear bench. These are through-bolted from under the slide flooring. I am concerned about removing the nuts as we don’t know where the bolts will go if they fall through, and don’t want to damage the slide.

My husband suspects these bolts are through-bolted from the outside of the slide. Has anyone removed these? Ideas on how to get them out?

The bolts go thru the floor of the slide. With 2 people, extend the slide and and back them out. We installed a sofa and I relocated the belts to the outside wall, drilling thru the floor. I also used large washers. I filled the original holes with caulk to keep water out. Thor customer service emailed the floor details for the slide. Call them instead of email, it works better.
