Dual mount hitch

Hello. This is the scenario I am imagining but I’m not exactly sure it would work.
I have 2014 Vegas 24.1. Hitch mount capacity 500lbs, towing capacity 5000lbs. I have a Yamaha S-Max curb weight 328lbs. While I thought it would be great to just go with the scooter it is not always practical. So I’m looking to get a used Jeep Wrangler S 2dr, curb weight about 4000lbs.
To put the scooter on the Jeep won’t work hitch capacity is 200lbs. I looked to see if a different hitch could be put on to hold the scooter but it throws of the balance if I understand correctly.
So my thinking is to use a dual hitch mount where the scooter carrier would go in one and the tow bar for the Jeep in the other. I have research some of the weight and I think I would come in under capacity.
I am brainstorming so any insight and suggestions would be appreciated.
