Electric element for gas furnace?

Hi, I was wondering if there is an after market electrical element I can ad to my gas furnace in my Thor Challenger's furnace.

The bay for the holding tanks is heated with the furnace and as long as I have the heater on it keeps the tanks from freezing. During the winter I will set my heater at about 40 to 45 degrees so I don't have to winterize the MH but it uses a LOT of propane and I would like to install an elect. element. I did install the adapter to run an external propane tank so I don't have to keep moving the MH, but still it uses a lot of gas.

I usually have company during the winter and I would like to be able to heat the bays without propane.

Thanks

I think it is called Cheep Heat. I have not seen much on it recently.

if you have shore power, why not just use a small electric heater in the wet bay? a temperature operated one would be nice, since it only comes on when needed.

A lamp socket with a 100w light bulb along with the furnace heat should be very effective at preventing freeze.
