ez pass

has anyone put a ez pass transponder on a windsport windshield ? any pictures ? going on a trip soon and need to install ours.

Got the same question on a VEGAS. The instructions say 2 inches up from bottom of windshield and 2 inches from left side of windshield.

That just doesn't seem quite right, since passenger cars are supposed to be under rear view mirror

Attached is a pic of where I placed my EZPass (white square under the tint).
Went thru tolls several times with no issue.

I have one on my Hurricane, mounted in the center of my windshield about a foot down from the top. It has worked for every toll road I have encountered so far.

I know in Florida, if the SunPass is not read, the camera takes a photo of your license plate and you are billed accordingly.

Here in SoCal, we just used ours by placing it anywhere on the dash of our Axis. Worked just fine.

EZPass is the toll road transponder used in the Northeast states and some surrounding other states.

EZ Pass in Houson, Texas instructions from EZPass specific for RVs ... bottom of windshield in the middle ... of course they have the license plate so if the pass is not read they just charge the account accordingly

Thanks, that's what I was guessing. Here in the Seattle area we have something similar. It's a RFID tag called a "Good 2 Go Pass"

Our EZpass and SunPass are in the center of the windshield, just below the bottom of the sunshade in motion position. No problems. Just wish there was one global pass
