Stabilizer Scissor Jacks on Axis 25.2

Looking at the Axis 25.2 I wonder if manual stabilizer jacks added to the rear of the frame might be beneficial since the rear slide comes out about 3 feet. Has anyone added them or have any ideas on the subject? Our current class c has rear jacks and I find they do make a difference.

I've added them to mine.

I have a 25.2 and personally do not see a need for rear jacks. I have not had any problems so far.

Good to hear. How long have you had the 25.2?
It may be overkill, but after hearing all of the horror stories of slides failing, jamming, etc it made me think that the added stabilization might help.

I've been researching adding them to my 24.1 simply to keep it from shaking when people are moving around. With it just sitting on the suspension (components designed to allow the coach to move) there seems to be a lot of motion with people's motion (and none of us are that big).

For me the girlfriend gets up in the middle of the night and I had to ask if she was practicing for a Polka competition. The stabilizers tone it down to a nice slow dance. Jamie has the right idea.

Maybe it's the Sumo Springs I had installed but I have not had any issues with the coach swaying while moving around inside. I have noticed when looking underneath the coach that there is about 2 inches of space before touching the Sumo Springs.

My prior Class C (E450) had two stabilizers in the rear and one center front as standard equipment. Not only did they help when folks were walking around but they definitely helped during high winds and thunderstorms. The second time we took that rig out I didn't lower the stabilizers until the morning after a thunderstorm. It felt like we were in a boat. After that they were the first things handled after leveling.
