Floor repair

Has anyone had to repair soft spots and lifted base flooring in their Thor Miramar?

2019 Miramar and we had 3-4 areas where they didn’t adequately cement the vinyl to the floor or had sawdust under the vinyl. Two dealerships and the two of us tried a few different ways to get them to stay down (heat fun, a couple adhesives) and non worked longer than a couple months.

Finally last summer the wife just used vinyl loctite glue that we bought at Home Depot and ran a bead along each of the raised edges and then used some books to weigh the seams down until they dried.

We spent all winter camping all around the southeast and the seams are just as good today as they were when she did it.

I’m not sure if they will hold long term, but better than anything else we’ve tried. Good luck and let us know how you fixed it.

Thanks but it’s not the vinyl it’s the base flooring

Search for the thread called Spongy Floor. Not your model but will give you an idea of what you might encounter.
