Challenger 37fh Air conditioning improvements

Finally finished my ac improvements. In my challenger 37fh the front 2 ac ceiling vents are covered when the front bunk is raised in storage position. I previously removed the 2 front and 2 farthest 2 rear vents and used expanding foam to create a wall to stop air after the last vents. Now ac stops and doesn't continue into front and rear caps. Then I used a hole saw and drill to cut new holes just in front of bunk when in stored position into the ac duct, inline with the rest of the vents. Just to see how it was going to work I rolled up hand towel and stuffed into duct between old first vent and new vent. Really made a BIG difference. Before had very little air movement in front of coach, now if and paper is sitting on front table, ac will blow it off. The hardest part was finding new vent covers to match the exsisting ones, finally found them at BABS RV & MARINE, the owner answered the phone and worked with me to get me what I needed. 20 bucks and 20 minutes= comfort on hot day.

That sounds like a good idea. Could not imagine why the forward vents were in that position.
