Furnace bug Screen

Has anyone figured out a way to hold this screen on better than a spring? I keep knocking mine off and it's a pita to get back on. https://www.amazon.com/Camco-42141-F...RZREX4MEKGD3AB

Stainless steel safety wire works great. Cut a piece about 6 inches long, bend it in a U shape, hook it on furnace outlet, place wire cover on and twist wires to hold in place. Works well for water heater screen too.

I did the same as SuperD did, I used 2 pieces of wire, 1 on each side to help keep it from moving around, and also just in case 1 of the wires broke. It has stayed on nice and snug.

I took the stainless steel portion of the furnace vent off and put metal screen inside of it then replaced the vent. Works like a charm and looks custom.

Great idea with the safety wire and I have a roll. The last camper I used SS screws.
