Furnace mist / smell

Have a 2016 Vegas 24.1. Have put 26K Miles on it with no problems. However the furnace has been emitting a smell and faint type of almost a dust … hard to explain. Over time it put a fog coast on the mirror in the living area. Anyone have this problem … any suggested solutions? Other than that the furnace works fine. Thanks for your help.

Something in the duct work maybe. Did this just start recently?

Sounds like water leaking into the furnace from somewhere. Can you get to it and disassemble it to see? Is it under the sink or somewhere near a water/drain line? Was there recent, heavy blowing rains whereby water may have gotten blown back into the exhaust vent tube?

I was thinking maybe you had been exposed to heavy wind and rains lately.
