Gemini cabinets

What have you guys come up with to fix or replace the cabinet doors in the Gemini. The ones in our coach are stripped out of the fiberboard doors which is a poor design to begin with. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I replaced all the screws with #10x1/2 metal pan phillips from lowes, that seemed to do the trick for me.

Might be worth using SS bolts and thru bolt the hinges, that should prevent the MDF whole issues you are seeing, or put gorrilla glue and a part of a toothpick in the hole and then add the screw quickly so the glue does not set up. Then the hinge and screw should be stable for quite a while.

Thanks i read on here somewhere about the toggle bolts the wife isn’t crazy about that idea. I think come spring i will try the gorilla glue and toothpick that may give me some time to build new doors for it.

I was not thinking of a toggle bolt, but a small machine screw with a nut and lock washer on the inside where it's not seen - good luck regardless of the solution you decicide to use.

Yep sorry that is what i meant to say, I’ve seen some nice ones at the hardware store but she isn’t real keen on it. I believe the glue and toothpick should buy me some time.

2021 Gemini 23TW warped drawer

Some of the drawer fronts have expanded and warped significantly on my unit. It is stored in an outdoor RV storage facility, completely closed up. We have had rain for most of the past 3 months, and the night temps were in the 40's. The drawers and cabinet doors seem to be made of some ort of cheap fiberboard with a plastic feel. The worst warpage is the small wide door under the furnace (This Is Not A Storage Compartment label) and the big drawer to its left. All doors have some expansion (mostly sideways).

I removed the two worst ones and have put weights on them to try and flatten them back out.
