Getting Dish Sattelite to all 3 TVs

I just got the King Satellite Dish setup for our trip to the Keys a couple weeks ago. While there I was trying to figure out how to get it to all 3 TVs. The outside and living area TVs I was able to use a dual splitter hdmi cable. Getting it to the bedroom was the challenge. Running an hdmi cable from the receiver to the bedroom would be difficult. I ended up using an over the air video antenna called an X10. Worked perfect. Very small unit. Of course each TV is on the same channel. The remote for the receiver works from the bedroom and outside. Very pleased.

Great solution! I have the Winegard Trav'ler satellite dish permanently mounted on the roof, and my Hurricane 35M came "HDMI-ready" (i.e., the HDMI cables were run to all 3 TV's. I use 2 DirecTV HD receivers: 1 receiver controls only the bedroom TV, and the other receiver uses an HDMI splitter to share the signal between the living area TV and outdoor TV. These 2 TV's, of course, show the same program. I had to go this route because my wife wanted to be able to watch some other program when I was watching something she didn't like. This is the second motorhome I have configured this way, and it works for me.

Hittntherooad - can you share more info on the X10? Where did you get it? Who makes it?

I have used the same Dish setup on our last 3 RVs. A single wire input, with a 2 tuner, 2 TV output wth DVR receiver. In our Challenger, I purchase an additional Monoprice switch box. The living room and bedroom normally show from tuner 1. The kitchen and outside TV show from tuner 2. Using the switch box, I can also show the DVD player on any TV. It is possible that I can have a differant Dish program on 2 TVs, a over the air program on the 3rd TV and a DVD movie playing on the 4th TV.

We watch a lot of NASCAR from DVR as it is recording other programming to view later.
