Heater control board

2016 Chateau 31L. I have sometimes had issues along with others of moisture getting on this board and it will cause the heater blower motor to come on and cause the heater not to work. Mine only seems to happen when I go through a truck wash like Blue Beacon and I tell them to keep their high pressure wands away from the cover, which sometimes they don't , and then I have to take the cover off remove the board and dry it, gets old and it will eventually cause failure of the board. I know you can either take it in and have the board relocated or buy the kit and do it yourself, did not like either option.
So I purchased from an electronic supply store MG Chemicals Potting and Encapsulating 2 part epoxy. Removed the board and found a suitable mold ( one of my wife's Tupperware lids) mixed up enough of the compound to encapsulate the board. Let it dry over night, cut off the extra resin, installed the board and all is well now, won't have to worry about moisture ever again.

If anyone is interested here is the part# to the kit 832c-375ml. It was $34.95. Pretty cheap fix.
