How do I remove the Car-seat\seatbelt bracket?

How do I remove the big seat belt bracket in the picture below? It's bolted in so thats simply unbolt it but how do I get to the bolts from underneath? It's on the slide out and it's covered on the outside part, under the slide out. I dont want to cut anything. Im concerned if i unbolt it, the bolts will fall inside a inaccessable void and/or fall on the slide out rails and cause it to jam.

I don't have your RV and my seatbelts are not in a slide, but the bolts are very captive in mine; they don't move when the nuts are removed.
