Inverter upgrade options

Newbie electrical question I need advice on. While resolving an inverter problem, I started thinking of making an upgrade. Currently have separate WFCO 1000 watt inverter, converter and transfer switch units. At some point I'd like to upgrade my batteries to lithium. Does it make sense to just upgrade to a 2000-3000 watt inverter or get combined inverter/converter unit? The other constraint I have is the location, on my Windsport 27B everything is below the bed. There's wires everywhere that would need to be cleaned up if the upgrades were much larger in size. Any suggestions or things I need to look into?
