On my wild ride from Galveston through Houston and back to Magnolia a rock hit the windshield. I know these pics are not the best. My question is, can this be fixed or is this a replace? If it is a replace can I wait to have it done?

Jeff do you have windshield coverage on your ins. Dont know if it can be fixed but id call a glass repair co to see what they say

If you need to, you can use flex tape to get by until repaired.

Yes, Walmart carries it. A little pricey, but works well. I keep a roll on board for unexpected issues. Comes in colors as well as clear.

Congratulations, Jerry! Pam and I send our blessings. We'd love to join you guys in June, but we're leaving not long after that for Des Moines (flying) for a convention. Even that trip is tentative as Pam gets used to her new knee. Surgery was a week ago and she's doing great so I don't think there'll be any issues.

Some day we'll get to meet y'all!

I started to attach a quick release hose on the propane system. I couldn't't find the proper connector for the hose to the throw away cylinder connection. So I got part way done. At least when I get the parts in I won't have to open the system I'll just need to turn the gas off at the tank.
1st picture the added pipe and tee
2nd cover back in place like OEM

That crack looks pretty bad and probably will get bigger in time. I believe that insurance companies will pay to replace windshields.

I think something like that sounds great. Only problem for us is that we leave for the Panama Canal on Sept 30 (which I see is your daughter's due date) and don't return until Oct 23. What about earlier in Sept, maybe after Labor Day when all the kids are back in school?

Now I'm sounding selfish -- and this is your event idea -- but I think it would be fun to get together. If this doesn't work, we'll make it happen eventually!

i was just throwing out a date. Sept is fine also. Was only saying oct because it might be a littke cooler then sept. We can also do it in nov
