That's awesome, Dino! Great setup. We love our Ready Brute system for pulling the Equinox. Never have to worry about any electrical issues regarding braking for the toad. No "bowling ball" to haul around and store -- just hook up, pull one fuse (for us), and go.
Great pics 👍
Cheers!

Weekend mods
I removed the washer/dryer as we never used them.
I replaced the radio with one that has a 10inch monitor with car play and android auto. Radio sounds better, I have access to navigation and the cameras are much easier to see now also.

Ifish do you mind sharing what radio you went with? That looks nice.
By the way to the rest of you... I have finally finished reading this entire thread... wow. Thank you COVID... you were good for something!
Of course now my wife has seen the list.... this will be a slow process.
Thank you to everyone that has contributed to this and making me smarter about our RV.

Cakeman,
It is a Dual brand. I purchased it off of Wal-marts web site for around $250. Half what Crutchfield or other QUALITY suppliers wanted.
I can't view all three cameras at once like Jerry and others, but I wanted the Carplay function for navigation and hands free.

We replaced our Axxera radio with a Pioneer AVH-2550NEX. Nice display with Apple Carplay, Android Auto and other nice features. The three rear view cameras function as they should. Makes it much easier using maps when driving across this beautiful country of ours.

I found that 3 of the 4 round AC vents on my front dash were not connected. I've found many poor craftsmanship with my Hurricane 34F. Luckily I have been able to fix them all myself.

So you can access all 3 cameras, when in use, just not at the same time? Left turn signal left camera active, etc.

Yes, all three cameras function as they previously did except for the backup camera. The axera had a button to turn the rear view camera on any time.
I added a switched trigger wire so that I can view the jeep whenever I desire.
I found it strange that the 12v wires behind the radio had more electrical tape than I use on a 480v lug.

So there is no "screen Icon" to activate the rear camera? Could you expand on the bypass switch.

I piggy backed from the ignition fuse to a toggle switch so that I can activate the backup camera whenever I wish. If the key is turned off so is the camera so that it will not drain the battery.
We Towed from Southern Indiana to Southern Michigan over the 4th and it worked great. Carplay is really nice for navigation and the 10 inch screen is great for my old eyes.
I really like the NSA tow setup. It takes as long to get the jeep transfer case into neutral as it does to hook or unhook.

Thanks for the response, I agree on the old eyes. We tow a Grand Cherokee using the Blue Ox and yes it's quicker to hook than all the steps to put in neutral.
Happy motoring.

Hi Dino. How did you get the pin back in. I have all the parts on order but yesterday I was trying to put the pin back in just to see how hard it would be. I could not get it back in. Haha I know it’s my low skill set but man come on.... it’s not going back in. Thanks
Jeff

Jeff, if you are referring to the carter pin assembly, it went in with no problems, you may have to wiggle the control arm to line it up. Hope that answers your question.

Thanks Dino. I was trying to put the pin back in to the old assembly that I removed it from and it just would not go back in. Maybe when I get the new parts it’ll be easier.

Jeff
After putting the new motor in open the door so the arm moves forward. Just after it starts forward pull the electrical plug off the motor to stop it
Then just move the step in to line it up with the arm. The pin will go right in
